About CenturyLink
CenturyLink is an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution designed to assist businesses with cloud computing, server access and control, task scheduling, data backup, disaster recovery and more. Professionals can utilize the platform to maintain compliance with various industry regulations such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and ISO27001.
Key features of CenturyLink include patch management, load balancing, alerts, IPsec VPN and data transfer. It lets users create cloud servers by combining various operating systems, CPU and memory or storage levels, set up alerts about utilization spikes and schedule/automate server maintenance tasks. Additionally, it helps administrators secure business processes through role-based access control and single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
CenturyLink's networking functionality allows businesses to facilitate data transfer over public interfaces. The product is available on hourly or monthly subscriptions and support is extended via documentation and other online measures.

Century Link is better than Xfinity in terms of pricing but that's about it
3
Decent, better than competitors but could be better and have more consistent Wifi speeds.

Reasons for choosing CenturyLink
Chose over Comcast Xfinity's "gigabit" because Xfinity only has 20 mbps up and it's super hidden. Xfinity has all these gotchas and that CenturyLink simply doesn't have. Comcast Xfinity has too much gotchas.
