They’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to our success—making the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. It’s been an absolute pleasure integrating this platform into our operations at Reep Fire. Uptick has proven to be the ideal solution for our field management needs.     What I liked most about Uptick is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It offers a wide range of powerful features that help reduce administrative overhead and significantly improve overall productivity. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to generate quotes quickly and accurately, while also maintaining complete visibility and tracking of field operations in real time. The integration between the office and field teams is seamless, which helps eliminate miscommunication and delays. Inspection reports, in particular, are incredibly efficient to complete—what used to take double the time can now be done in half, allowing our team to focus more on quality service rather than paperwork. Uptick has become an essential tool in streamlining our workflow and keeping everything organized and accountable.
    Cons:
    Honestly, it’s hard to find anything to dislike about Uptick. Nearly every concern or suggestion we’ve brought to the Uptick team has either been thoughtfully addressed and improved for the benefit of all users or clearly explained when it turned out to be a misunderstanding on our part. Their responsiveness and commitment to continuous improvement truly set them apart.

    Its so smooth to use and links everything together seamlessly. They are also updating the options and products within the software.
    Cons:
    Service quoting needs improvement, and i would suggest adding more artwork as all the quotes do look quite plain.

    I have significant history work with and utilising Uptick, I have seen the upgrades and transformation over many years. I would highly recommend any fire safety company to use uptick for all operational requirements, I am excited to see what new upgrades and features are brought out in the near future

    Uptick scheduling, predictive maintenance and scheduling tools have greatly benefitted our company and made our inspections much more efficient.

    Additional push notifications and alerts would be beneficial, management reporting particularly on sales and client data could be improved.

    I love the flexibility and the support staff. It makes my life running a shop easy. If ever there is a single issue, updates are swift and effective.
    Cons:
    I have no complaints about Uptick. If ever a complaint comes up, the Uptick team is quick to make effective updates with follow up to verify the issue has been resolved.

    Incredibly user friendly with great features to make our admin's and tech's lives easier! I am so happy to see my team thrive with this software and we only continue to grow with it.
    Cons:
    It takes some getting used to at first because there is so much that goes into the platform. Techs have a hard time getting used to it but end up loving it once they learn how it works.

    The ability to adapt the system to suit in most scenarios.
    Cons:
    Work is required on the extinguisher servicing element so as the system work flow is better at understanding the 5 year and 10 year testing/replacement for fire extinguishers.

    We were almost at implementation with SimPro but found UpTick to be much better with asset based services.

    Uptick is much more than just an amazing software solution for the fire and security sector, it is also the fantastic on-boarding help, online and email support - it is second to none. We had alot of data to transfer from our legacy system and Uptick can handle both the transfer and volume of data, customers, sites and assets - lots and lots of assets! We are seeing tangible benefits to the business and our customers. We've had little or no downtime at all, it is ultra-reliable and stable. For our engineers it is becoming second nature to use the Uptick App. It's intuitive, stable and reliable.
    Cons:
    Nothing! Uptick is constantly improving also, new features and functionality are added regularly.

    I benchmarked all the solutions against each other and scored them for Ease of Use, Migration, Price and other criteria.

    The platform could not handle the volume of data we had at the time.

    Clarity and transparency for our clients. It’s ease of use for scheduling of works. We also find that the support from Aoife was really good.
    Cons:
    We feel we have capacity to use more of the platform but we need a bit more support to get the most out of the system, so some additional training and some gap analysis to enhance the efficiencies. I also think the system would benefit from having a logbook portal (including a QR code to be put on the main control panel/equipment) which can be accessible in a read only, this could also include layout drawings and key information for the local fire services on arrival.

    Poor support and lack of customer service. Not as streamlined as uptick and the system just wasn’t working for our business.
