    It is very smooth, clean and easy to use. With my call center job, this is the best scheduling system I have ever used, for sure!
    Cons:
    I think the only think of is that it can be slow when trying to change my breaks, but it's not a huge issue.

    So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about it.

    Easy to know what and when would be the next account activity since there is a pop up notification.
    Cons:
    It is hard to look at my schedule because I am located in the Philippines and the calabrio schedule is showing the Philippine time which is day 2 or 3 hours before the end of day then continuing the remaining hours on the next day.

    Unified, easy WFM/QM, AI analytics, strong support & integrations as it helps with literally everything regarding the RTM and scheduling
    Cons:
    you could encounter limitations if you have very specific scheduling or reporting needs, or face challenges integrating it with older, existing systems. Some parts of the interface may not feel immediately intuitive, and a few users have pointed out that call transcription accuracy could be better.

    This tool has all our call centers need. Great information that allows the call center management make educated decisions without having to dig for the information or complicated forms. Calabrio offers an amazing customer service when I speak with them. They are always willing to help out any way possible. They also have an awesome work culture.

    Sometimes is to much to remember when doing trades or changing schedule.
