About PitneyShip
PitneyShip is a shipping platform that helps small businesses streamline shipment and delivery tracking operations. It enables employees to access discounted shipping rates from multiple shipping and courier services including USPS and UPS.
PitneyShip allows professionals to compare shipping and postage prices, schedule pick-ups as well as send packages, letters and large envelopes. Additionally, it provides a variety of features such as status tracking, SMS messaging, shipping labels, role-based permissions, package tracking, label printing, an activity dashboard, shipment price calculation and more.
PitneyShip lets administrators print first-class postage for letters, generate custom reports and send sensitive documents with same-day delivery options. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

I have a small resale shop and PitneyShip makes is so easy to ship my customer's packages both quickly and at a discounted price compared to walking into the post office! I especially love that I can print first-class USPS to send my tiny light weight items out.

We like using PitneyShip. It is convienient and the cost is OK. Sometimes remembering how to use is difficult if there is significant time between uses.

Love the ease of getting our packages out, and the paperwork that accompanies it. But if you ever have an issue, your in trouble because it will take many, many phone calls and lots of frustration to get someone to answer let alone get it resolved!

Its been great so far, the software is easy to use. I don't like technical support it has not been super helpful in the past with certain issues like not being able to weigh mail.
