How easy is it to set up my heat maps and matrices? There are many ways to configure risk and control matrices to your own processes using customisable fields – this flexibility is a stand-out feature of Ideagen Risk Management. All pre-configured risk matrices will be available in your central library. You can also create new matrices when needed. A simple ‘wizard’ approach makes it easy to design a new matrix, or to edit an existing matrix. No special skills are required. Scoring can be based on a likelihood vs. impact scale, or scores can be applied to each segment individually. Multiple impact perspectives and score rating bandings can be applied. Can I use Ideagen Risk Management to monitor any type of risk? Yes. The system is flexible enough to monitor and report on any type of risk, including those associated with ESG, Third Party and Cyber Security. These can be monitored and reported using live dashboards and reporting templates. Will it integrate with other software I use? Yes. An Application Programming Interface allows the system to integrate with other software your business uses. This allows you to view data across multiple applications for different purposes such as: reporting and dashboarding, logging new feedback items, or performance tracking. For customers that use both Ideagen Risk Management and Ideagen Internal Audit, all the functionality is in one software environment.
