The email capture and matching is really accurate, and those leads convert well in my follow up email flows.

Cons:

They have a good amount of analytics, especially in comparison to our previous provider of this type of software. I just wish it was a little more specific in reporting exactly where my orders are coming from (flows vs. campaigns vs. direct purchase).

We really appreciate the ease of the interface as well as the solid leads we're obtaining. Support has been phenomenal and are always willing to answer questions as they pop up.

The team is prompt and efficient in addressing any concerns, and the integration process is both smooth and swift, delivering noticeable outcomes almost immediately. I have only positive things to say about Opensend. It’s a worthwhile investment, as our clients consistently see a full return on their retainer within the first month of implementation.

Utilizing Opensend as an additional way to interact with engaged users has been a gamechanger for the brands I manage. Not all active users subscribe to email marketing so utilizing Opensend, building out the flows and absolving the customers into Klaviyo has been a great acquisition strategy.

Cons:

So far there isn't anything I dislike. It is value for money and the clients that utilize Opensend have all in the first month made back the money on there retainer.

Pros:

Switching to Opensend was extremely easy to use as our entire team is able to easily navigate the platform and the interface is very intuitive. I am most impressed with our fast we were able to grow our new customer base!

Cons:

The only small challenge would be customers reaching out to us upset that are now receiving marketing materials without officially "subscribing" on our site. However, the Opensend team provided scripts and best practices to address this issues that have caused a very minimal disruption.
