I wasn't too deeply involved into the previous product, so I'm not sure AXIUM is the correct name. Nevertheless, we used Ingenico as a payment provider up until 6 years ago, and we switched to Mollie because we were in a global IT transition project where we also had to replace our payment provider. Mollie came out as the best possible partner at that time.

Unfair- no reason regarding account closure I founded a company in 2022 that manufactures and sells specialized plant soil online in germany. Since legalization, I have also been offering soil for hemp. However, I wouldn't consider my business a "grow shop" since, apart from pots, I don't offer any other specific products. For my online store, I use a well-known e-commerce platform and had activated Mollie as a payment service provider. However, after just a few days, my account was suspended—without any specific reason being given. Other stores, some of which even sell smoking accessories and much more, continue to use Mollie without any issues. Why my account was suspended remains unanswered. The so-called risk that is being mentioned is not apparent to me—especially in comparison to other online shops that still use Mollie and would be far more likely to be suspended. An absolutely unfair and non-transparent company—unfortunately, not recommended. I also have a payout pending that I can't access/withdraw, since my Account has been suspended. UPDATE: Basically, I was told that nothing more can be done for me. Mollie has, without any apparent reason, decided that the risk associated with my company is higher than that of other businesses in the same industry—even though they sell even riskier goods than I do. Transparency looks different. I feel seriously betrayed here, as no clear information is given about why I was blocked—not even after reaching out via Trustpilot. I actually suspect that the real reason is my revenue. Since my business is not that big yet and my revenue is relatively low, it seems like Mollie is rejecting me for exactly that reason—everything else is neither apparent nor logically explainable to me.

Mollie freezes money A very questionable and worrying approach: Since the beginning of our partnership with Mollie, we have generated around 8 million euros in sales in our store via their platform. Today our account was unexpectedly frozen, with a balance of 15,000 euros, and Mollie is refusing to pay out this amount. Despite an attempt to clarify the matter with support, the account remained blocked. Allegedly, previous orders that were properly processed and confirmed via Mollie are to be reviewed. After five years of successful cooperation with Mollie, we are now deeply irritated and worried. P. S. But actually we have to be "grateful" to Mollie for this feaupaux. We have now looked around for alternatives on the market. There are also progressive payment providers such as "Stripe". They describe everything very well, the service supports both payments and subscription, the pricing is nice. However, at any time, without giving a reason, they can delete your account irrevocably! What happened to me, they confirmed documents, payment information, limits. And then suddenly deleted the account and wrote that it is irreversible. I now have to urgently look for an alternative and rewrite the api. Do not fall for it!
