Churches You Need to Meet Tap Tag!

My overall experience has been great. During the design phase my representative was attentive and responsive. I kind of went back and forth or the designs but they never showed anything but patience with me. Once we received our tags I did have a bit of a challenge understanding how to design and get set up because I was confused on the value or lack there of for me, of multiple users, but I reached out and was quickly assisted.

The ease of use of the Tap Tag is phenomenal! I love the our youth to our seasoned saints all find it to be accessible and useful.

Cons:

The cost does add up quickly at $9 per tag so a smaller organization might not be as inclined to make the investment. We are a smaller organization but found it worth the investment for us.

Better than any paper business card!

Their customer service is incredible and the technology is awesome and easy to use!

Cons:

I don’t necessarily have any complaints. The only potential negative that I can even remotely come up with was when setting up the master card theme for my team, one click outside of the open window dismissed it and lost all of my work. This happened 2-3 times which is obviously user error, but an auto-save feature would be nice there.
