The premium look, effortless transfer of my contact info and the ability to update on the fly.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing! If your prone to forgetting where you left your wallet or purse, then you should order a couple for backup, get the key chain, or wrist bracelet.

The ease of setup and ease of use for customers is what I appreciate most. The review interface is super smooth in all aspects, and the analytics are easy to review and great quality.

Cons:

So far we don’t have any complaints about any aspects of the tap tags and are super impressed with how well they work.

We like that the profile set up is easy to use with great looking lay outs. But what sold us on TapTag was that they had a wide range of NFC products available. We were specifically wanting customisable products that allowed us to put our own logo on the products during the design stage.

Cons:

We haven't had a bad experience yet. The communication in the chat was responsive and helpful as was the email discussions. Perhaps if anything we would like to see even more product options in the Wearable NFC section.

Pros:

The versatility of the Tap Tag system and the easy of use of the dashboard. We traveled to our first trade show and used one of the QR codes as a means to capture customer information via a raffle / giveaway. The number of targeted contacts was great.

Cons:

We found that the cards do not work great when someone has a thick protective case around their phones. Also, while the metallic cards are beautiful they can only be used on the NFC side of the card. The plastic works on all sides.

I liked the option in tap tag better. It was more affordable to customize a metal card and Taptag actually lets you upload custom logos!

I enjoyed the ease of sharing info, and the impressed faces when I shared my card, or wrist card.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Sometimes it was hindersome trying to stay logged into my profile, but it could have been my area of service.

Pros:

Where to start? The quick response customer service for any question? Not technically savvy? No problem. The CSR are quick and patient. Personalizing products and white labeling is easy and they turned out great! I ordered the wrist bracelet, white customizable business card and sticky tags. My logo looks great! The dashboard for personalizing your profile is organic to use. Highly recommend!

Cons:

I wish I could have ordered a white NFC bracelet.

Tap Tag had more options and products from which to choose. Also, they were the only vendor who had a QR code and NFC chips.

Tap Tag is Amazing Budget Tool

Tap Tag has been an excellent addition to our marketing stack. Giving the team an additional tool that serves as both an addition for efficiency as well as creates a talking point to increase valuable time in front of potential clients.

I liked the price, the options for tags and the reviews management platform. Highly recommend for these things.

Cons:

My set up was challenging. My online chat person was helpful and I could tell they were not happy helping me. I thought it would be a little bit easier.
