Great team, not hard to get started. I find myself in the tool not that often because it just works.

We were initially excited about SalesAI and even left a positive review before actually putting it into real use...big mistake. The concept sounded amazing, but the reality has been nothing short of disappointing. The support process is exhausting. You’ll go through prompt after prompt and reps connect you with other agents to write and try new prompts only to not be sure if whats being typed will get the results needed. Each rep embellishing “this new release will get that fixed and introduce new features with the next update.” Those updates never seem to arrive, or when they do, they don’t fix the real problems. It’s just an endless cycle of waiting and being strung along with talk about upcoming improvements. This technology elsewhere for a fraction of the cost — literally 10% of what SalesAI charges. They keep selling you on what’s “coming soon,” but nothing ever reaches the finish line. When we finally expressed our dissatisfaction, our rep’s solution was to change our use case. Why would I do that? The system failed on the three specific functions we bought it for. We shouldn’t have to invent new reasons to justify using a $1,000/month platform that has yet to produce even a single new client. Believe the negative reviews. I wish we had. This was a complete waste of time, money, and resources.

If you're considering this platform, stop right now and read its terms and conditions carefully. They openly state that their system does not have to work, yet you'll still be required to keep paying them. I learned this the hard way, and I'm writing this to save others from getting scammed. The entire platform is entirely non-functional. Errors appear on nearly every screen, making it impossible to use. Even their own training and support staff admitted they know about these issues but "deal with it." That should tell you everything you need to know about how this company operates. But the real disaster is their core service—cold calling. It's an absolute failure. The call quality is terrible. Worse, their so-called "agents" spend up to 30 minutes talking to other automated phone systems, racking up billable minutes that YOU must pay for on top of their already outrageous fees. This isn't an accident; it's how they make their money. When I called them out on this scam, I fought for over a week to get my money back. Their response? A half refund—keeping $1,625 for "their trouble." What trouble? Providing a completely broken service and refusing responsibility? Their contract is the most predatory I have ever seen. They clearly know their platform doesn't work, so they force you into terms that demand payment regardless of functionality. I was charged $1,625 for two hours of training on a system I couldn't use. To top it off, when the platform made a few calls, it randomly called my leads at bizarre hours in the middle of the night. The imports don't work correctly and require complete contact information, including name, email, and number, and they don't tell you that until after you sign up and pay. I was sold a cold calling solution, and it's unable to cold call by requiring complete contact information. It wouldn't be a cold call to a business if I had all the contact information. It's completely useless. This company is intentionally dishonest. They exist to take your money while delivering nothing of value. If you're looking for an honest sales solution, do yourself a favor: hire a person, do the work yourself, or find a reputable provider. Just do NOT give these people a dime. They don't care about your business. They only care about one thing—taking your money. Avoid at all costs.
