Pros:

Best way currently to do thumbnail A/B testing for YouTube, has way more flexibility and functionality as well as data shown compared to YouTube's A/B testing feature

Cons:

Takes a bit of time to set up at first, and a bit slower to log-in, mostly due to permissions needed for the channel
