Reliable AI Phone Assistant that Makes Daily Work Easier

Overall, my experience with fonio.ai has been very positive. It takes a lot of pressure off our team by handling calls reliably and professionally, which is especially valuable in a busy beauty studio. The setup was quick, the system runs smoothly, and the support is excellent. While you can still sense a bit that AI is involved, it already feels very natural and saves us a huge amount of time. For us, fonio.ai has become a real game-changer in customer communication.

What I like most is the ease of use and reliability of fonio.ai. Setup was straightforward, the interface is very clear, and even with higher call volumes everything runs smoothly. The support team is also a big plus – fast, competent, and always helpful. Integrations into other tools worked seamlessly as well.

Cons:

You can still notice a bit that AI is being used – sometimes it feels slightly “technical.” But I’m sure that very soon this won’t be noticeable anymore.

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts. Die Community könnte noch etwas kommunikativer sein, evtl. wäre das kostenlose Testen des Agents innerhalb des Adminbereich toll.

Intuitive Bedienung der Oberfläche, die Webhook-Integrationsmöglichkeiten, der Teamspirit des Unternehmens

Es gibt keine Trial Version zum Testen, doch wenn man 300 Euro zahlt für einen Test, so sieht man sich auch aufmerksamer die Möglickeiten an und einen Mitarbeiter für einen Tag zu bezahlen ist wohl teurer und 33 Stunden hat er dann sicher nicht telefoniert. Unobfuscated Password Fields onSave. Man merkt dass Manches wohl schnell entwickelt worden ist, was einem aber auch ein schnell wachsendes Feature Set in Aussicht stellt.

Mir gefällt, dass sich Fonio in letzter Zeit deutlich verbessert hat. Die Qualität und die Latenz der Agents hat sich positiv verändert. Der Service wirkt jetzt viel professioneller und schneller.

Cons:

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass es einen Developer/Mitarbeiterzugang für Accounts geben würde. Deswegen haben Agenturen Schwierigkeiten mit der Implementation.

Cons:

Das Produkt ist perfekt ich kann keine Nachteile erkennen. Natürlich muss ein guter Service auch etwas kosten; dies kann man als einzigen Nachteil sehen. Die Kosten sind aber weit weniger als ein Mobilfunktarif.
