Misleading billing and no refunds for EU users

I’m in Germany and tried Picjam on a monthly plan. By mistake I clicked the annual option but cancelled it immediately. Despite this, they later charged me 236.91 € for a yearly subscription I never saw in my dashboard and never got an email about. When I asked for a refund, support said their “billing system” makes refunds impossible. That may be their policy, but under EU law consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Picjam ignored that and refused to refund me. If you’re in Europe, be careful — billing is unclear and refund rights are not respected.
