Seamless intergration and the functionality is near perfect. We do not miss calls anymore and everything is recorded. Our productivity has increased 10 fold
Cons:
Honestly there is nothing we do not like about Upfirst. It is a very simple product to use and all of our customers love to interact with it.

Upfirst has been an absolute game-changer for my business! The Value for Money is incredible, especially considering how much it helps with Assistant Tasks and Answering Questions. Their Customer Support is top-notch, always responsive and helpful. The Ease of Use of the service is fantastic, making it simple to integrate into my workflow. It truly feels like an extension of my Team, ensuring no call goes unanswered. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love how well the UpFirst Answering AI responds now that I've fed it data about my company. It handles the vast majority of callers' questions more efficiently than I could myself. It’s been a lifesaver when I’m busy and can’t respond right away. Plus, it sends out text links quickly and answers pricing questions on the spot. For the rare items it didn’t catch right away, I just gave it a bit more info, and it quickly learned and adapted. Really impressed!
Cons:
Would love to see CNAM caller ID lookup. Like the accurate data capture yet took a few script edits to get spellback confirmation consistent.
