Pros:

Precise Tracking and customer service. The only solution that pushes 100% accurate data into your ads manager. Raise ROAS by 50% in just 1 week.

Cons:

They give discounts to non loyal customers and take full price for loyal. My friends keep cancelling and they get consistent 50% discounts while I pay regular full price. So I thing I should be non regular now

Pros:

Easy setup and there are easy-to-follow guide for when you get stuck. Very quick and helpful support. I contact their support often when setting up new stores or simply when I have questions about something I don't know. They're always helpful and professional. Also the service just works, nor major issues.

Cons:

No complaints after using them for almost a year. Because I'm not a technical type the initial setup might be a bit confusing but with the help of support I always manage to set it up.

The customer support team was excellent — very responsive, patient, and able to clearly explain how their tracking works compared to other platforms. They made sure I fully understood the differences and how it benefits my Ads Manager setup, which gave me confidence in using the tool.

Cons:

The explanations sometimes took me a little while to fully understand since the tracking and attribution concepts can get technical. However, the team was patient and supportive, so it wasn’t a major issue overall.

One of those amazing companies.

I have been using other tools before to improve the tracking, but none of them come up to the level of Wetracked. Wetracked is easy to setup, and if there would be any issues, the support is GREAT. Answers within minutes, with REAL PEOPLE and not just bots, correct help, and they even go out of their way and have helped with things I have messed up. If you are looking for an ads tracking tool, Wetracked is just great. Highly recommended.

Nothing really, a very modern company, website works really great, easy to use and quick to setup. The only thing would maybe be some more plans.

Accurate tracking & outstanding support

Excellent experience overall. WeTracked.io helped us recover tracking visibility. Events are now firing accurately, and their team guided us through every step. We saw immediate improvements in ROAS and reporting accuracy. Highly recommend for anyone serious about eCommerce attribution.

The support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The platform offers seamless server-side tracking, accurate attribution, and easy integration with Shopify, Google, and Meta. It just works, and the onboarding process was smooth and professional.

Been using wetracked for more than 2 years, have tried multiple other tracking softwares in the past, and can confidently say wetracked is by far the best one, their support is also very responsive whenever you need, 5/5 would recommend!

There wasn't a single thing I dislike, very smoot experience

Great tracking software. Excellent customer service. They are available 24/7, unlike other companies that take a break on weekends while your business keeps running. Their customer service is fantastic and helped me with some issues. I will definitely be using WeTracked for a long time!
