About Agile CRM

Agile CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for small and midsize businesses. It offers contact management, telephony tools, appointment scheduling, marketing automation, project management, a landing-page builder and knowledge base functionalities.

The contact management module lets users record and access customer data such as contact information, interaction records, social-media accounts and lead scores. The software also offers email integration, which allows users to sync data with email services including Gmail, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 and IMAP services.

Users can track website visitors to analyze customer behavior, and marketing automation tools help users create marketing workflows with a drag-and-drop interface. Users can also send automatic reminders based on time and contact options.

Agile CRM also includes task management functionality. Users can drag-and-drop tasks in lists, sort tasks, add notes and update task status.

Probably one of the best affordable CRM solutions. Agile CRM is 100% secure, as everything is feature rich and well packed. We had our small teams collaborating effectively and the costs were reduced. The points that Agile CRM recahes are untouchable: retrospectives for example. Unique and absolutely CRM that we will use a a paid version - yes, it is that great. Customer support is amazing amd we had queries sorted in less than 24hrs. All tasks sorted and we actually made profit using it, unparalleled task management being the top feature.
Cons:
Not many aspects, beside a relatively steep learning curve (for non tech people) but the knowledge bade is comprehensive and customer support really useful.

All I need to work in one place

The biggest benefit that this software has given me has been to optimize everything that has to do with the world of sales and marketing, generating the reports I need to demonstrate in the company how useful our strategies are, what aspects to improve, and generate our own leads, all in a very organized way and as its name says "agile".

I started working with this platform a little less than a year ago. My job consisted (and still is) in generating leads for the company and developing marketing and sales campaigns from scratch. Agile CRM has been fundamental, since it integrates perfectly with everything I need. I have my contacts in one place, which I can follow very easily. Its greatest strength is the ease of use and integration with multiple tools. Something as simple as managing notifications and alerts make the most of my time and organize my agenda in a practical way. I can generate reports where the effectiveness of the different strategies is established. For example, the result of phone calls, mail campaigns, newsletters, and more. I was able to import all the contacts in a very simple way and clean my list in a short time. Another great thing: the mobile app and the possibility of integrating with other programs. Today I have it integrated with Bria and Skype, also linkedin and facebook. Everything in one place, is the most practical CRM platform that someone like me (who has just started and was analyzing options) has found, and I´m very satisfied with this software.
Cons:
I think it would be convenient that in the future they made some training videos to explain how to correctly configure the automation tools, since I think it has been the most difficult to understand.

Reasons for switching to Agile CRM

I think that Hubspot it´s one of the best for CRM and it´s used by large companies, but the "free version" had few tools compared to Agile CRM. Right now we need more free tools and grow with companies that are also growing. At this moment I do not need "a high-end car", I need something that takes me from point A to point B in the most efficient, easiest and cheapest way possible. When I need a high-end car, I will evaluate again if I need to change it or not. At the moment it is my best option.

I liked the ability to have revision control and the ability to have multiple people working on a large assembly at one time, which updates. It does a great job keeping a history of all the tasks and allowing you to go back to an older design.
Cons:
It is not a very intuitive program, and it is pretty clunky to use. Once you learn the tricks, it gets better, but there are still a few things that don't make sense. For example, I feel like the ability to check a part in and out without it being on a DFCT seems very strange to me.

We've used Agile CRM for probably 2 years now, but it got to where you'd get a blank screen other than the menu on the side and top, and complaining about it to the team got no results.

Cons:
The mobile phone app is just a webview, and the webview is sort of broken

I needed a CRM that I can use to track my leads and sales pipelines for a variety of things I do. Agile CRM honestly does well, except its ui/ux is not very friendly, and I get lost quite often, and there's lots of tabs and clicking to get to where I want to be. It is a very complex solution for complex company. Unfortunately, I just want things simple for my simple brain. I opted for a simpler CRM solution with more exciting Ui & Ux but less functionality.

Agile CRM has built something similar to sales force. A Super Comprehensive CRM. It does a lot and can easily integrate with email, calls, automations and marketing platforms.
Cons:
Agile CRM has built something similar to sales force, even to the teeth with its ui and ux experience - which is terrible. Otherwise it is a very solid CRM, and the pricing is very reasonable.

Year long experience in Agile CRM - an engineer’s perspective

I have used this for a year and a half and it is pretty good platform to use if you are a sales guy. Since I belong to the engineering team, mostly we use it for collaboration amongst team members for our daily tasks and discuss progress. It comes with a provision to monitor backlog tasks and prioritise them accordingly. We use its tagging feature to analyse the higher priority items and pick them in future sprints. Overall a good tool

I like the analytical reporting feature of Agile CRM. It helps me monitor time spent on tasks, milestones achieved. This is very helpful in sprint planning and demonstrating progress to stakeholders. It is a useful tool for collaboration in an agile setting. It also comes with integration with other tools we use like Jira and Github, so automatically updates made here are synced with other integrated tools. This is very helpful and saves time
Cons:
The UI of agile crm has scope of improvement. Sometimes it becomes slow due to larger backlogs, hence collaboration is difficult. The costing is slightly higher based on features offered. The learning time is relatively higher for a newbie
