I consider CINC to be one of the most advance Lead Generarion Real Estate platforms.

Leads love the search functions & that is very user friendly. Buyers can search by neighborhood or map. As a Realtor, I like that they are constantly making improvements and adding new tools. It is easy to manage leads in the areas that you prefer to market. CINC has been my best investment in my Real Estate business.

It is user friendly to us and our clients. Great support and an excellent rep!!!

Cons:

We can't block leads that do not want to work with us but continue browsing in our site. The mortgage calculator does not reflect accurate information by excluding the taxes in the payment.

When I switched, Market Leader was just purchased by Zillow. I did not want to allow Zillow to have control of my lead information.

I've used CINC for over 10 years and love it. CINC provides the knowledge to make the system succeed if you do the work. The monthly investment has paid for itself several times over.

The visual summary of live information on the dashboard as well as quick access to details

Cons:

Adding every listing update in notes makes it too time consuming to find previous contact notes. I decided to add new summary notes to the original pinned note along with the ADDITIONAL INFO you provide initially.

I love the connection between website and CRM

Cons:

I wish you had more Website training, support, flexibility. Also wish there was better integration with Mojo. Wish you had different level of training, Script training has been the same training since I started. Also would like a forum to exchange ideas on using the system from other users.

Dont sign up for Cinc.

I had high hopes of receiving a good amount of leads. Im familiar with how to work incoming leads, calling them, staying on top of them. Its hard to do when the phone numbers and emails and even the names are wrong. I would never ever suggest Cinc.

The quality of leads. I received majority of bad information. Never have booked a showing for 1 lead. Waste of money.

Pros:

They have too many restrictions. The software freezes up frequently and the attitude of management once you purchase is basically, "we are perfect and you are stupid." While there were some good leads, the overall use of this system was cumbersome. The software was unreliable and the lead quality was far lower than Boomtown or Ylopo. This is overpriced garbage which was bought out by a large company (Fidelity) and they treat you like you are second rate when it comes to certain things.

Cons:

It is circa 2008 with very little modern updates to address social media marketing and modern lead acquisition. It seems like the leads are coming from lists instead of actual advertising and many of them (when we call) have no idea what we are talking about. Software online locks up frequently.

They did a better job of selling me crap. In the end I chose Ylopo and have found a wonderful experience with them.
