About Decisions

Decisions is a meeting management solution designed to help organizations manage agendas, jobs, action item tracking and more. The platform facilitates collaboration across teams via integration with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 applications.

Attendants using Decisions can review documents, upload files, suggest topics or add comments to meeting planners. It offers numerous features such as invitations management, single sign-on (SSO), customizable branding, Azure multi-factor authentication and more. Additionally, users can utilize Microsoft OneNote before and during the meetings to record objectives, feedback or queries and make annotations on shared documents.

Decisions comes with an engagement score module, which allows professionals to gain insight into document read status and attendee preparedness. Further, it supports integration with various Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

My experience with Decisions has been good. It really helps me to manage my meeting more effectively. It works great with microsoft team and Outlook.

I like how I can structure the agenda of meeting which keeps meeting more efficient also assigning task during meeting is the great option. Templates are also helpful which keeps thing organize.

Cons:

I find it more reliant on Microsoft tools which is less appealing to non microsoft user. The customization options are also very limited I can't integrate it with other software.
