Pros:
That I can collaborate with fellow colleagues on Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents in real-time from different locations and devices, without having to save my work and send a file as attachment.
Cons:
At this stage I can't think of anything that I dislike with the product, I am still trying to figure out Co-Pilot.

Office 365: Reliable 365 24/7.

5

I have been using the product in my Chiropractic practice in some form or another for the last 22 years. The program package allows me do everything from book keeping to daily office notes and all my professional correspondence. I have been appreciative that 365 has kept the same look and interface for the most part over the years to make the transition towards upgrades and modernization easy for those that grew up on Office. Reliability is essential for most office settings and 365 has never disappointed on what it delivers year after year.

Pros:
I have always found Microsoft to be user friendly. From the initial versions of office to the current vehicle of 365. I have found it is a one stop program for all my office needs. I use Word for my documents and patient notes, Excel for my book keeping and tax documents and love the capabilities of PowerPoint for my health lectures. As times have changed, options like google docs have provided alternatives, but I find Microsoft 365 has always been a more reliable product. The file extensions never provide an issue with communications of my healthcare vendors. The compatibility features seem to flawlessly correct issues while file sharing with others using older versions of the programs. Maybe I'm a creature of habit or its Microsoft 365's superiority, but I haven't seen an all in one office product that would steer me in another direction.
Cons:
I love the product's reliability and capabilities without complaint. If I had to nitpick and look for a flaw, I would say the change in the subscription. The old days of Office you would by the product and have your license key. Computer upgrades, operating system changes etc would allow you to install the product for years. The current subscription is yearly, so its costing you on an annual basis compared to the Microsoft Office days of yesterday. That would be what I like least about the product.

Pros:
Availability and integration of multiple products (document managment, email, file storage, task management, planning, MS teams) and good security features. Support is easy to access with a business plan and have been helpful.
Cons:
Complex to set up as an admin, particularly all the security features, although their support have been helpful with this. Cost is quite high, esp when needed for multiple employees.

Reasons for switching to Microsoft 365

For the online access and additional security features esp for email

Pros:
I have strong capabilities in both business and personal areas. My Business account keeps me fully updated on many aspects. I do like the apps I can use anywhere as long as I have access to them. So many items still not explored.
Cons:
Business perspective - there are so many sync errors that come up occasionally, not all the time. Just resolves itself eventually.

MSP Help Desk Managers Honest Review

5

As a 6 year system admin and now manager of a help desk team M365 is invaluable to our work. I like how things are broken down, that things are most of the time where you expect them to be and with a little training and support you can become pretty efficient at the platform.

Pros:
Our business uses Microsoft 365 daily! Being able to share files rather to one person or multiple people is great. Using outlook for our emails is a breeze as well. One drive and SharePoint for managing our documents and being able to access them anywhere is a game changer.
Cons:
I feel the Microsoft support is a bit tedious when needing someone to contact you. But once someone does contact you, you can expect to get back and working in no time.

Powerful Productivity, Best for Team-Based Work

5

It’s a reliable and professional productivity product. The integration between apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive makes everyday tasks efficient, especially for collaboration and document sharing. Real-time co-authoring, cloud storage, and version control are particularly useful in a work environment. That said, it can feel overly complex and expensive if you only need basic features, and some apps can be resource-heavy. But for business, corporate, or collaborative settings, the benefits usually outweigh the drawbacks. Overall, Microsoft 365 is powerful, stable, and well-suited to modern work, especially where teamwork and document control are important.

Pros:
I like it that Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and PowerPoint are tightly integrated, so it’s easy to move between documents, emails, meetings, and chats without friction.
Cons:
Frequent updates sometimes change layouts or behaviour, interrupting workflows. Some apps (especially Outlook and Teams) can be resource-intensive and slow on older devices.
