  • Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).
  • I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

  • This allows me to perform task management items like keeping sections by language, a dashboard that lets me use each section per language, and the customer support makes it easy for me to review tutorials, and most importantly, the ease of use makes this app easy to mold according to my language related goals, I just can't simply do this in another notebook app.
  • Adding even a single block brings up a long scroll of options; text, media, databases, and more which can be confusing at first.
