- Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).
- I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.
- The access permissions on each document provide greater security and validate who can access each document since not all users can access everything, which gives us more security
