Pros / Cons
  • Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).
  • As of today, if you switch from Classic to New Outlook, you'll miss lots of features, and you'll feel like a Guinea pig because Microsoft uses you to do the testing, adding or removing features.
