Jira vs Bugasura: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

My team particularly likes the ability to assign bugs to team members and track progress, which has made our bug tracking process much more efficient.

For every login system is asking for an “upgrade plan” and to end that process it gets more time to get back to the project page. While entering the bugs, the tool is loading for a long time. While we are uploading more than one image, we are unable to rearrange it.
