Jira vs codebeamer: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

You can define your own processes and lifecycles and have a huge Roles & Permissions system where you can configure anything you can think of (even better than in Jira).

the Complexity of the Platform and some times some bugs needs alot of time to be resolved.
