- There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.
- Karbon also allows me to create excellent automated checklists and this allowed me to get through and complete work much faster than before.
- That the list view of work doesn't allow me to set a default view and that it always shows completed work that i have to filter out. And that I can't customize invoicing more to make all work one line versus job by job.
