- I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.
- There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.
- Utilize daily for work loads, goes great when everyone is on board to use it but certain features cannot be switched which would be helpful if you can customize more.
- Not sure if it is my company versus Monday but no customer support on how to set up certain things. When I search for set up or to fix items, nothing ever comes up.
