Jira vs LoopedIn: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

My favourie feature is the widget which embeds the portal without the user having to click off the main website.

Sadly, LoopedIn's execution is a complete disaster. Despite paying for the service, I was denied access, and when I finally reached the founder, they demanded even more money for basic functionality.
