Baserow vs Microsoft SQL Server: Which is best for you?

I've migrated from Airtable/SmartSuite to Baserow and use Baserow for summary and visual data management that works well with other databases like Cloudflare D1 and MongoDB (integrated with Make.com). When it comes to Application Builder that the Baserow team is currently working on, according to their webinar, they plan to integrate other data sources and to develop a chart/graph feature, so I'm looking forward to using it.

We were losing data with Google sheets and unable to cross-reference collection data, seed farming and overall lifecycle of seed lots.

All databases stored in sql server can be easily accessed in other systems such as powerbi and excel with your existing account credentials and just by providing database and table names

The tricky part is some of the advanced stuff—it can get complicated if you’re diving into things like SSIS or Analysis Services. And yeah, licensing isn’t cheap if you’re running a full production setup.
