The unification of information and automation of processes makes a company to be seen with good eyes by the mechanisms and control bodies, Daruma allows the quality management in any organization to be a stable work since it allows the control and monitoring of processes by each and every one of the business units related to them; more than beneficial for any company is to be seen within the quality standard as a high point or reference to which any serious and legally constituted company will want to emulate.

After years of experience in the helpdesk area there have been many processes both technical and theoretical that have varied and all according to the experience provided by each and every one of the members of the area, all these good practices have been documented in the management tool Daruma which has served as a pillar to the processes that have been carried out recently in the area, because it encourages teamwork Daruma allows members of the company to analyze such documentation providing the approval and approval of processes which promotes quality in the service provided; The categorization of the information is also important because it is very easy to search by codification, manual or other type of document, this facilitates access to any person in the organization with permissions granted to be able to document the process or topic requested.

Cons:

Initially the search for documents was a difficult task since not knowing the code of the document I had to make several filtering or placing keywords to reach the requested document, with time and management of the tool the searches are faster and more accurate; otherwise it is a very useful tool and aimed at quality in all processes of the organization from administrative to operational.

El soporte postventa, es muy oportuna. Todos los usuarios responden amablemente y normalmente es rapida la respuesta.

Cons:

la plataforma de tickets, creo que se podria mejorar, e integrarla dentro del software. Por este medio es un poco mas demorado y en ocasiones hay opciones que no aplican y si confunden al usuario al momento de solicita un soporte.

Mi experiencia con Daruma

Me ha gustado mucho utilizar la herramienta, ha sido muy amigable su interfaz y el seguimiento al ciclo documental ha permitido, poder dar un mejor servicio interno a nuestro gestores, en el caso de los inconvenientes presentados o dudas sobre el uso de la herramienta han sido atendidas de manera excelente y en tiempo por el equipo de soporte técnico, lo cuál habla muy bien del servicio post venta y atención a cada uno de los clientes, gracias en serio.

La interfaz de DARUMA es muy amigable con el usuario, la atención de soporte técnico ante dudas con la herramienta se ha gestionado de manera excelente, la trazabilidad del ciclo documental ha sido de mucha ayuda para el manejo de nuestros documentos en DIVECO.

Cons:

Siento que en la aplicación de las formulas, en el modulo de informes hace falta agregar ejemplos de la utilización de estas, ya que el sistema se maneja en un lenguaje html y puede que para algunos usuarios , la familiarización con este tipo de lenguaje sea poca.

This is a versatile and robust program that helps you manage your company with total control of internal processes, with the ability to evaluate critical points by establishing indicators and managing action plans, and at the same time allows you to show the results in comparison to the established objectives, verifying their progress or compliance.

Cons:

Some of the functions are difficult to understand exactly what they are for or are not so clear in their applicability to the process, it's mean, the program requires your creativity to adapt it to your ideas or needs, because it has a very well-defined structure and in some cases that structure limits the actions you want to perform.

Cons:

So far there is nothing in Daruma that I can dislike, the truth is everything has gone very well since its implementation, Daruma meets all our needs and exceeded our expectations, the truth is a very functional software, comprehensive and great performance.
