Pros / Cons
- Microsoft Planner is a hidden gem, it's completely in the cloud, so you can take it anywhere and is a great tool for personal use or for businesses to keep track of things. But where it really starts to shine is with the ability to automate tasks - in conjunction with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, you can have different teams or customers fill in a form, which then populates Planner with tasks.
- It becomes a little challenging on this especially if you want to customize certain things for your projects's workflow which you will eventually have to find a way around, but that is my concern.

- The thing I like most about Microsoft is that it allows a space on my computer for all of my Outlook calendar events to be laid out in a neater/easier way to see and understand.
- The annoying part is when sync lags between desktop and mobile; now and then shared lists update slowly, and for client projects that tiny delay causes me to double-check everything.
