ZEP Professional offers a broader functionality in project planning with sales and profit evaluations, travel expense management, target/actual comparisons, and much more. We also integrate with platforms such as Salesforce, Personio, DATEV and offer an open SOAP interface.     Easy to use because of the graphical displaying of times. It is really easy to create reports in different formats to support our section for expenses. The workload seperation can be done in such a great detail that our teams can see where we use time the most.
    Cons:
    I have two ZEP accounts where sometimes i have to enter the same information. It would be helpful to connect two accounts and so i can send and transfer data from a to b.

    ZEP has very user-friendly interface for everyone. It is very easy to understand what I Should & Could do.

    The response to move to another page is a little bit slow especially when I move to the page of Project time. But this is not vital issue at all.

    I find it a very useful applications, to be honest is the first one I use but i think is very intuitive to use and very user friendly.
    Cons:
    I dont like it doesnt say the minutes, and express the hours in the format, sometimes I have times like 1.23 hours, and is a bit confusing to understand how much i really worked.

    Zep is a responsive, reliable and flexible way to record project hours, vacation days, etc. It does not hang, the buttons are where you expect them to be, and it's never down. I liked that when they removed the horizontal view with their overhaul that they re-implemented it by customer demand, which shows they listen.
    Cons:
    The problem with Zep is less about Zep, and more about working in a consultancy that requires all your hours to be meticulously logged. Realistically none of that is Zep's fault.

    Is easy to use, its colaborative is very complete, i can track my task and time , its value for money
    Cons:
    If I integrate it with my calendar, I would have access to all the company calendars, but security doesn't allow this, so I have to manually enter everything repeatedly instead of it updating automatically with my Google Calendar.
