  • This creates a hardship on the business when trying to handle customer service. If a known issue is causing a shutdown of software, an email would be appreciated so we know you are working to fix it.

  • I love my Dash that allows me to see all the general info of my business at a glance, such as number of tenants, occupancy, past due tenants, and current activity of the business.
  • Just to create a simple template is way more complicated than the software we used to have. If you have a question, get ready to contact a helpless customer support team that does know anything, you can tell they are reading you instructions on something that they don't even know how to resolve, we have to ask with a manager after spending time with the "first tier" just because they don't seem to understand the importance of solving an issue for a customer.
