What we like most about CCstorage is billing the customers for processing fees and reduced costs on the software for the business.

This creates a hardship on the business when trying to handle customer service. If a known issue is causing a shutdown of software, an email would be appreciated so we know you are working to fix it.

Whenever, I have a problem, my rep gets right back with me and helps me resolve me. When we started with Unit Trac, our units were going in the hole, now they have been caught up for the most part, reports make easy to keep up with everyone's status.

The reporting and site map aspects are what initially attracted us but the software is very flawed.
