Delve vs Make Opinion: Which is best for you?

I was analyzing transcripts from 50 hour-long interviews and it had the power and capacity for me to code my data without weird delays or tech issues and the tools were exactly what I needed.

I've used NVivo in the past for qualitative data analysis and it's hard to set up, the UI is difficult to navigate and the platform unreliable, but Delve was none of those things.

I like how Make Opinion helps me gain valuable insights into trends, preferences and user options whereby I can create tailored surveys and forms for collecting feedbacks and opinions.

I haven’t had any issues with it yet, but the customer service is sometimes slow to respond.
