About Thematic
Thematic is a text analytics solution that helps enterprises collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Professionals can utilize the sentiment analysis tool to identify positive/negative responses and highlight contextual themes in comments.
Thematic allows businesses to translate received feedback in multiple languages and generate net promoter scores (NPS) based on geographic regions. Managers can segment comments into sub-themes, identify potential issues via loyalty metrics and utilize trend analytics to measure the impact of customer experience (CX) initiatives. Additionally, it lets users share key insights with partners or stakeholders via emails, improving visibility across processes.

Thematic has opened our eyes to a whole new world

The team at Thematic have been a pleasure to deal with, start to finish. They are passionate about their product (most are former clients / users). They believe in what they are doing. And they are always on the lookout for new areas to improve. Being part of the Thematic "ecosystem" has been a great help for me personally. I've tapped into new networks and learned about things I never would have before. The software makes sense. It is easy to use (after you spend time learning it properly!). It can be deployed stand alone or it can be integrated with other solutions (V important for us). Overall, a great solution backed by an amazing team. Very happy we found it!

the team are awesome and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] actively joins and follows up on calls and equally passionate about organisations making better use of data (Quant and Qual) and in turn make better decisions. For a product development context, Thematic does more than just assist with prioritisation. It helps inspire people to take things into the development pipeline with the data and justification of the prioritisation.

Reasons for choosing Thematic
There are very few who do the work that Thematic do to make data meaningful. Other systems are way expensive and require an entire tender process to bring the whole organisation on the way. The support and frequent follow up from the team meant you had people to support you and not treat you as just another integration project. we didn't have to set up the data, they did that for us so we could spend more time enjoying our first experiences. This onboarding was fantastic for others who came on the first-adopter journey.
