Pros:

The texting platform is one of the best out there. We have gain 17 new appointments in two weeks.

Cons:

It would be great to be able to embed videos in emails or texts.

What I love in Brokerkit

Overall, it is smooth and seamless. This system has everything I need, from calling to texting and emailing, and also for AI use.

Their support is fast and reliable, and they make sure my concerns are taken care of. Their system is user-friendly, too.

Cons:

Maybe if they can launch an app for mobile too. It would be easier for their user if they also had an app that we can use.

Great!!!! I use this platform weekly! It makes it super easy for me to send a mass text or email without having to do it multiple times

Great tool for recruiting! At a real estate company it’s a key thing to do this! I can send a mass email or text to all 8,000 of my contacts

Cons:

I don’t like the login process. As an admin I am always on my bosses account and logging in through his account using Gmail could be difficult

Broker Kit has everything you need to trach all communication, tasks, and setup campaigns with interactions.

Overall, we love BrokerKit. We can custom and use HTML to make our emails look professional, I love the communication tracking and the campaigns make automatically touching contacts easy and seamless. I really appreciate at task list and priority settings in the tasks. Being able to see where you left off with every contact is a huge benefit.

I really liked the reports; however, I wish they had a few more personalized features. Overall, they provide very good metrics. We also appreciate having all our text messages, emails, notes, appointments, and Google Calendar integration on the contacts page. It makes it easy to see exactly where we left off with each contact. Additionally, I really value the personalized campaigns—there are so many options to choose from, and you can edit them to fit your exact needs.

Cons:

It would really be helpful if you could schedule tasks, like text messages and emails. Like you do setting tasks. It would save so much time instead of setting a task to send a text, scheduling the text would be a huge time savings. I think the reports need more metrics to choose from and personalize, also being able to customize your dates would be extremely helpful. Also, when setting tasks, it would be nice to customize the views of your contacts to show that task metrics all the time instead of having to expand it for every contact. Little tweaks could really improve things.

It is user-friendly, a robust CRM, and with the Relitixs AP,I it is a current source of agent info and activity to aid in potential recruiting efforts

Originally, it was the fact that we couldn't see email responses to our emails. That has changed, and I love that we can now see entire communications and conversations
