So far it has been great. Getting started has been somewhat of a hassle but [sensitive content hidden] has been nothing but patient with me thru the onboarding process. The biggest trouble that I experienced was with Microsoft Authenticator which was a royal pain. [sensitive content hidden] was a CHAMP!!! He is the reason I did not ask for my $$$ back. (as i paid for the year).

Pros:
Ability to reach more agents in my region vs just locally. We know that Real Estate is becoming very regional. I am recruiting in TN, NC & Va. This platform helps spread the word my quickly than me having to manually do it or have a virtual assistant do it.
Cons:
There a lot of things brokerkit can do that may benefit larger firms where they look at metrics. I am simply just looking to build my brokerage with new, possibly low performing agents, and obviously your middle of the road agents. We have a great in house training program and love to coach up agents. So i guess the bottom line is all the bells and whistles is a bit much.

Reasons for switching to BrokerKit

There was not enough features that I could use without having to buy other systems to compliment

After using BrokerKit for a while now, I can say it's completely transformed how my brokerage handles growth. The biggest win for me has been its ability to bring order to the chaos of recruiting. What I liked most was how it organized my daily workflow. Thanks to BrokerKit, I have a clear, focused call list every morning that my whole team can see and act on. It’s an all-in-one hub; having our recruiting and retention efforts in a single platform has been a game-changer. The email and text campaigns are incredibly easy to set up and have saved me countless hours, letting me nurture leads without constant manual effort. It is intuitive and was easy to adopt, which was a huge relief. For any brokerage owner or manager who is serious about growth and needs a system to keep their recruiting and retention efforts on track, I would absolutely recommend it. It gets the core job done exceptionally well.

BrokerKit provides a centralized platform for all of our growth activities. It combines recruiting, retention, and communication tools, which simplifies our workflow and eliminates the need for multiple systems.
Cons:
The platform's interface can be somewhat rigid compared to other tools on the market. Greater flexibility to tailor the system to our specific processes would be great, but, overall, it is a phenomenal product.

Reasons for choosing BrokerKit

My primary challenge wasn’t necessarily a lack of people to call; it was the chaos of managing the process. We had leads coming from various sources, but our follow-up was inconsistent, communication was scattered across different platforms, and I had no clear visibility into my team's recruiting pipeline. Courted, from my perspective, appears to be an incredibly powerful intelligence tool. Its predictive analytics, telling you who is most likely to move and when to reach out, are impressive. However, I felt that layering that level of sophisticated data onto a broken or non-existent follow-up process would be like pouring high-octane fuel into an engine that needs a tune-up. The best leads in the world are useless if you don't have a rock-solid system to nurture them.

Reasons for switching to BrokerKit

Beyond integration, the overall user experience of OnTask Recruiter was a major factor. I needed a platform that my team would want to use. The reality is, if a system feels dated or complicated, people will find workarounds, and the investment is wasted. I was looking for a clean, intuitive interface that felt more like a modern web app and less like a complex database.

Pros:
I really liked the pre-set up email campaigns. It made it easy to start with a template and then modify. Easy utilization of account. Great customer service and fast response rates.
Cons:
I wish the dashboard was a little more intuitive. I don't like that i have to filter contacts to see more details or that I have to visit the contact card for complete info. Also, I wish we could attach bigger files in email.

Excellent customer support and resources. Have found it to be pretty easy to learn and use. Happy with this platform so far. And appreciate that they are always making improvements and updates.
Cons:
Not really a dislike as much as I think it would be beneficial to have the option of more than one landing page so you could tailor them for each of your target audiences. But the option available has been useful and easy to incorporate into our own website.

Positive experience thus far. Good Onboarding startup even though I have not used it 100% to my benefit (no fault on Brokerkit). Looking forward to learning more and scaling the business. Would likve to see Canadian integrations in the roadmap.

There are some nuances that relate to the Canadian market and so far there are no integrations for that that compare to the US market like "Realmetrix" etc...

Pros:
How simple the platform is to use. I love the labels, details within a contact and how easy it is to send a mass email and/or text to one of our groups of labels. I also love the track record/history it keeps within each contact!
Cons:
My only negative is that I cannot save a CC email contact within an email template. Other than that, we have no complaints!

Reasons for choosing BrokerKit

We used Brivity for our Team CRM so it was familiar but after our Brokerkit demo, we were blown out of the water with Brokerkit and all that it has to offer.

Reasons for switching to BrokerKit

It felt like an older, outdated system that was clunky to learn and use

The Demo was amazing. [sensitive content hidden] did a great explaining everything and being aware of my time. Onboarding has been simple. It appears that there are able people to use for customer support which is important to me as I navigate through.

The value for the money is outstanding. This product is top notch. It will help my recruiting efforts 100% more than what I was doing. The ease of use was important to me because of time constraints with other things that I need to get done in a day.

Customer support is always available and helpful. The platform is user friendly. The functions within the platform make contact and follow up simple. The task function ensures no person slips through the cracks.
Cons:
Initial set up was difficult because of our current systems and not at all due to broker kit. Maybe a more broad acceptance of integration would be beneficial. This is where support stepped in and got us up and functioning.
