- The API connection with MailChimp is also really helpful and we were able to request every custom data point from new users that we needed when they registered.
- The setup at the beginning was not anywhere near as easy as it is claimed to be – sure, we could set up the basic program but getting it connected to our system took much longer than it should have and as a result there was a lapse in usability time for our Ambassadors (advocates).
