- I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers.
- Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.
- Easy to understand interface, works well setting up multiple server connections with security options, cost was affordable which was why we (MaritzCX, InMoment) selected it
- Its graphic interface is very bad, it considers that with time in the market it should be able to have a better environment and I consider that certain things could already be done without command lines, for the new user with little experience in Linux it is bad to use.
