GoToMyPC vs TSPlus: Which is best for you?

I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers.

Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.

I have been using TSplus with the Advanced Security plugin for my team and our customers for a long time: we consider it a valid solution with equally valid support.

No direct telephone support, security features are add-ons and extra cost.
