excellent product, no Complaints by the regulators and top customer service. Always delivers under pressure and also very demanding deadlines and also constant changes in the documents

Extremely positive experience.

My experience was very positive. Through this platform regulated entities can prepare their tagged reports to submit them to their regulators. The IRIS team is professional, knowledgeable and hard-working and assisted us in all aspects of this reporting requirement.

I particularly liked the inline ixbrl viewer feature which is very helpful for the investors.

Cons:

That there were no review checkboxes in company taxonomy but only in reference taxonomy. It would be helpful to also have review checkboxes for these areas as well.

I've had an overall positive experience with IRIS CARBON, especially appreciating their outstanding customer support. Compared to last year, I've observed substantial enhancements in the platform, rendering it even more effective to use.

Cons:

Perhaps a valuable enhancement could involve the capability to replace entire sections at our discretion. While the recent platform upgrades have been beneficial, this additional functionality would empower us to customize the content more precisely to suit our unique requirements, all without disrupting the existing format.
