The Customer Service Teams prepares and initial template of the current report which makes it much faster and more seamless to update the Disclosure Management Platform. The service and customer support we receive is consistently outstanding. We also find the platform very intuitive and user-friendly. The final product is always of high quality and is delivered within our deadlines. We frequently require last-minute changes to our iXBRL report, and our IRIS team always kindly ensures these changes are made in time for our filing.

Cons:

Overall we are very pleased with the features of the platform. However, we recognize that making last-minute changes to pages and sections can sometimes be challenging especially if there are many, so our only suggestion for improvement would focus on this area.
