The low level of skill entry required to get most users off the ground with using the software, while the actual implementation required some skill and expertise the end user can simply log in and use it right away.
Cons:
Nothing comes to mind at this time, there was very little difficulty with Acumatica during the implementation process or during the utilization of the software since go live.

FACTS was no longer capable of supporting the growth we were experiencing and was in fact limiting our ability to continue to grow.

Good processes, great potential, but poor reporting.

We had a rough start with our implementation. We have used it for a year now and are still trying to get the functionality (reports) we had in our old ERP. I believe the system has a lot of untapped potential and I look forward to being more proficient in building my own reports.

The ability to customize and build reports, GIs, and dashboards. The processes are solid and intuitive.
Cons:
The out of box reports are deficient. For example the P&L which should be the most basic ERP report is way too summarized. Should have the option to run summarized or detailed without having to first build an ARM report.

Ease of use, no code low code functionality, and ability to run certified payroll reports.

Sunsetting our version for an expensive cloud platform. Not impressed by its functionality and it took way too long to get support.

What I like most about Acumatica ERP is the flexibility for it to adapt to our changing business needs. We have grown from a single-stream e-commerce business to a multi-channel retail distributor. Acumatica has allowed us to grow and scale with ease.
Cons:
It forced us to rethink our broken business processes to ensure our data integrity. We weren't ready for some of the difficult team conversations this brought up. In the end though we are in a much better place.

We are struggling to get by from the operations team. Our finance team and accounting team are the heavy users as well as the contract team, but we’re struggling to have operations seeing the value ad of using Acumatica. It is not his number as it sells itself to be.

Financial reporting, and ease of use. Transparency across apartments when it comes to the life cycle of a project from inception/opportunity won to final invoicing.
Cons:
Having to work with a VAR, instead of going directly through the product team. We don’t believe that our VAR really understands fully how we run our of business and how best to support us, especially in the time of release upgrades and new features coming out.

I like that is offers visibility to data and robust reporting. I also like that it integrates well with many other software platforms.

I don't like that in order to connect with connector stores's via API you need a outside company to do it and the option to do it in house is not available.
