About Acumatica Cloud ERP
Acumatica Cloud ERP is a comprehensive business management system. It caters to a variety of industries, such as finance, manufacturing, construction, distribution, and retail, among others. The software provides real-time access to financials, reporting, customer relationship management, and more.

Good processes, great potential, but poor reporting.

We had a rough start with our implementation. We have used it for a year now and are still trying to get the functionality (reports) we had in our old ERP. I believe the system has a lot of untapped potential and I look forward to being more proficient in building my own reports.

We are struggling to get by from the operations team. Our finance team and accounting team are the heavy users as well as the contract team, but we’re struggling to have operations seeing the value ad of using Acumatica. It is not his number as it sells itself to be.
