Chowly had an extremely user friendly set up and they have continued to support us throughout our usage with them.

We did not catch it for several weeks, and after multiple attempts to resolve with Customer service, they ignored all messaging and would close our support cases without resolution.

This has made it much easier to track performance across all stores, manage online ordering, and oversee sales from every channel in real time.

The primary negative in working with one of their websites is that while it is easy to build out pages for the site, more advanced customization isn't possible on your own or at all in some cases.
