  • I like the Klara patient reminder system, it has allowed us to customize what we send out to your patients, like new patient forms, Prep instructions, reminders about appointments, and even allows patients to send us follow up in the form of a survey about their most recent appointments.
  • It is very difficult to merge patient's charts. If there is a phone # on both charts and we take out the # on one to merge,then we can't activate the phone # on the other chart.
