    Customer service and tech support are excellent with micro merchant. Our system downtime is minimal considering we have to run all our computers and software quite a long time on a daily basis.

    User friendly software and good tech support. All updates are being done remotely. They also send out details about your update via email and you can easily learn about those updates once you login.
    Cons:
    Some glitches after updates and system will crash multiple times during the day. Prices on extra services can be expensive like Rx scanning and signature capture on delivery

    Cons:
    feature requests are not prioritized, ability to vote for upgrades to have a say in what features all the pharmacies would like. explanations of issues takes longer than expected.

    Horrible and wish I could change but it is not easy to have profiles convert to a new system and can be costly

    good system, easy to use, decent customer service and can get tech support very fast compare to some other systems
    Cons:
    Drug file is all messed up and no one at Primerx cares, They have no understanding that XR or ER drugs are different from regular medication. Most generics do not link with brands. Generic drugs are linked wrongly with Brand names.

The user interface is intuitive, making it relatively easy to navigate. However, I've faced some challenges with customer support, as response times can be slow during peak hours. Additionally, some updates have introduced minor bugs that took time to resolve. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, PrimeRX has provided a satisfactory solution for my software needs.

    The ability to copy and paste things. I also like the text feature.
    Cons:
    It freezes up a lot. This may be due to the high demand in places on the CPU.

    Cerner Retail Pharmacy management was no longer going to be supported by Cerner.

    I have worked in retail pharmacy for over 35 years and I can honestly say PrimeRx is the worst software I have encountered.

    I can't think of anything positive to say about PrimeRx.
    Cons:
    The IT help is just awful. Very few of the technicians you will speak with will be easy to understand.
