The best about Zomato is that they will deliver the food within the estimated time. The customers can easily choose the food from their favourite nearby restaurants at lower price. They have a clean user interface which help the customers to select the food according to their choice. Their customer support chat can be used if we have any queries. They will respond to our messages quickly and help us to solve the issue.

Cons:

No issues are faced from Zomato. We can easily connect with customer chat and they will help to solve our issues.

Nothing great about this app. All other apps gives same experience

Cons:

Zomato is the worst app. Its total scam. If you have any issues in order or delivery , they give you minimum refund. Which will not even be equal to you money loss. You can't even xall customer care. They have option only to chat. So your money is completely at stake if you order anything.

Ability to just choose from a wide variety of food and offers, place an order and pay online and to look forward to enjoy your food.

Cons:

I think anyone and everyone can get on the platform as a seller. I believe Zomato is not thorough with the quality check. Just a fancy name for which I fell for was not enough to get good food. Most often I was disappointed with the quality of food. I used it almost every day in 2018. Also it was a real headache to guide the delivery person with the location. They should be trained well not to bother the customer so much. It has a novelty about it in Indian scenario but the whole process left me so exhausted and on top of it getting over priced low quality food. Often delivery person expected a tip which was quite annoying.

Great for Food Deliveries

My overall experience with Zomato Business is great. I definitely recommend it as the go to food delivery application. Hopefully with the next updates they will fix some of the major issues.

Pros:

What I like the most about Zomato for Business is its popularity among the young generation, Its user interface is quite friendly and very easy to use features. Placing a food order has never been easier, and what makes it even better is the customizable item selection.

Cons:

Some things that I don't like about Zomato for Business is the include the bugs in the order tracking and ambiguity in the review system. I am not sure how they do it but there's definitely something not quite right there.
