The best about Zomato is that they will deliver the food within the estimated time. The customers can easily choose the food from their favourite nearby restaurants at lower price. They have a clean user interface which help the customers to select the food according to their choice. Their customer support chat can be used if we have any queries. Nothing great about this app. All other apps gives same experience

Cons:

Zomato is the worst app. Its total scam. If you have any issues in order or delivery , they give you minimum refund. Which will not even be equal to you money loss. You can't even xall customer care. They have option only to chat. So your money is completely at stake if you order anything.

Pros:

Due of their tempting incentives, I had previously utilised Zomato before other apps. Excellent user interface and experience. Zomato enables you to select from a selection of foods according to your preferences and have it delivered hot to your door. The delivery personnel are kind and patient, and the packing is secure.

Cons:

The shipping system and package handling are the aspects of zomato that I find objectionable. Their delivery method pools all other food orders, which causes deliveries to be delayed. The way packages are handled may use some improvement. Also, its delivery fees are extremely high for the closest region and require additional travel expenses.

Ability to just choose from a wide variety of food and offers, place an order and pay online and to look forward to enjoy your food.

Cons:

I think anyone and everyone can get on the platform as a seller. I believe Zomato is not thorough with the quality check. Just a fancy name for which I fell for was not enough to get good food. Most often I was disappointed with the quality of food. I used it almost every day in 2018. Also it was a real headache to guide the delivery person with the location. They should be trained well not to bother the customer so much. It has a novelty about it in Indian scenario but the whole process left me so exhausted and on top of it getting over priced low quality food. Often delivery person expected a tip which was quite annoying.
