Oggvo vs Okendo: Which is best for you?

A young lady, [sensitive content hidden], spent more than an hour on two occasions to orient me to Oggvo's program and most importantly, by using Share Screen on Zoom, she walked me step by step through the process of getting connected to Oggvo, getting my social media connected, showing me how to add and customize elements, etc.

I do NOT recommend unless you have lots of time on your hands. If you're like me and most of your business comes from repeat customers & referrals, this is probably a waste of time & $ for you too.

I think having all of the offerings in one place and interface is a great way to ensure customers get the most out of the platform and services.

I don't like that I'm not able to directly syndicate reviews with other retailers (since Bazaarvoice owns this segment), but hope that we can do this in the near future!
