When provided with irrefutable evidence that a review is false — including delivery proof, payment records, and the reviewer's own contradictory emails — they send a generic response and close the case.

  • Trustpilot is useful for tracking customer opinions and establishing credibility for the brand, as well as making marketing decisions, and it brings reviews together into one place so that trends and issues can be easier to spot over time.
  • It seems like it's a bit of a 'necessary evil' to have, on one hand we need a system to collect customer reviews, but also the ability to reply to any reviews and so we're left paying for this expensive bit of software just to manage our reputation.
