Excellent product for promoting reviews and gaining feedback.

The integration was seamless and the system has worked really well with the results we wanted. I am very happy with the product.

It's an excellent way of getting more reviews as well as housing feedback all in one place which is easily managed and responded to.

Cons:

The only downside is I can't see all the feedback scores, without feedback comments, in one place easily.

I love how user-friendly TrueReview is, but what truly sets it apart is the variety of options for sending out review requests. The ability to filter positive and negative feedback before directing customers to leave a review is a fantastic feature. Their campaign tools are easy to use, fully adjustable, and make managing requests and reviews super easy. Plus, the Zapier integrations simplified our automation, which made the entire process effortless. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend it to businesses looking to streamline their reviews/online reputation! 👍

Cons:

So far, there isn't anything that I did not like yet.

TrueReview was easy to setup and configure to suit our branding and requirements. Support was quick to respond and assist with any questions.

Cons:

The lack of SMS availability in Australia was a bit disappointing. Hopefully this is something that will be available down the line.

Best service ever! I was having issues with my Zapier integration and I’m a total beginner. I spoke with [sensitive content hidden] and within 5 minutes we were on a video call and he even set up my flows himself. I’ve never seen service this fast and efficient. You guys rock, thank you!

Cons:

Nothing compares. I’ve never had customer service like this. They literally spent an hour with me to help with my integration.

Love that everything is automated. After every transaction, you can choose how long afterwards for the automatic review request to send. A couple minutes, hours, whatever. I love the look of berthing is general. The user side and the customer side - it’s very clean and professional looking. You can also manually send the requests if you don’t went to have them sent automatically. Just a few seconds to put the customers name and phone and/or email, and done. You can also upload all your previous customers database to send them review requests. And you can set it up, for future customers, that it automatically creates/uploads their contact info in your true review dashboard automatically, so no need to upload any future customers to your database manually after the initial set up. Since using this software for about the past month, I’ve gotten tons of reviews for my solo operated business and it’s been fantastic! Besides the platform itself being great, perhaps the best part was how helpful [sensitive content hidden] was with the initial set up. He was very helpful and made it very easy and quick to get things rolling, within the same day. He did pretty much everything for me. He was excellent with email and phone call communication, very polite and professional, I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service. I looked at over 10 similar review platforms and did plenty of demos. TrueReview was the easiest and best looking and best working in my opinion. Save yourself some time and go with these guys at TrueReview, I think you’ll be very happy with the service! 10 out of 10 for me!

Cons:

Nothing I can think of! Everything had been rolling in the background seamlessly without having to do anything at all after set up!

Simple to set up, amazing service!

I received prompt responses to all my questions. The timely emails were helpful in setting everything up. They even assisted me when I had trouble getting the reviews to appear on our website, which I consider exceptional service. We are enjoying the user-friendly experience, and the price for the package we chose is very competitive.

Interface is quite easy to use. And the experience by the user is super smooth. These days, as a physician, reviews are critical to practice growth. TrueReview has helped me by leaps and bounds.

Cons:

Would be nice if they had a direct interface with the practice management system that I use.

I've Tried Them All - TrueReview is the Best!

TrueReview makes me look like the hero for my clients! So easy to use and customize the white label features. I love that they keep working to increase functionality.

As an agency, TrueReview makes it so easy for me to set up my clients and get a steady flow of new reviews for them! So many great features!

Cons:

The only thing that would make things easier is if there were an alert that a review request has already been sent. I have to manually look through to make sure I don't send a request to contacts that may have already left a review.

Too expensive and features I didn't use. It is a good product, just over engineered for my clients.

I am still learning the ends and outs of this platform, however, what sold me was the in depth details and creativity that comes with the experience of this platform. We now have immediate access to ask our clients to leave us a review and let us know how to improve of services. The best feature so far is integrating the reviews to our website and socials so that it is on multiple platforms.

I am still learning how to navigate this platform, but for the most part it is easy to use.
