Amazing product and support staff!

QorusDocs, the company, is well run; has a clear vision; has a top-notch support staff; and clearly understands Proposal management and response generation! QorusDocs is, by far, the best Content Management / Proposal Management platform on the market today! We know, we switched from another well-known platform.

QorusDocs is, by far, the best Content Management / Proposal Management platform on the market today! We know, we switched from another well-known platform. We submitted an RFP to a dozen players, 8 responded, 5 made the first paper cut, 3 gave us sandboxes to play - and in the end, QorusDocs won on function, support and roadmap. During our testing, we discovered that QorusDocs used QorusDocs to reply to our XLS RFP (not easy, right?)! Wait, that's not all! QPilot, QorusDocs' industry leading AI assistant, is smart and safe (permission based and grounded). On top of that, we can store proven/vetted prompts for our user to "just click on!" I could go on and on... Try QorusDocs and QPilot. Like us, you'll wish you switched sooner!!!

Cons:

Nothing really to report here. Any issues that occur are always acknowledged quickly and either resolved or escalated amazingly fast.

Once our team underwent proper training through Qorus University, we found QorusDocs to be user-friendly and intuitive. I particularly appreciated the smart fields, and after mastering the application of smart rules, our efficiency and productivity significantly accelerated.

Cons:

Getting started with QorusDocs was a prolonged process for us. We felt the need for more initial support, and it became evident that we required additional help from Qorus and an internal team member to focus on training, database creation and cleanup, and template building. Once we carved out the time to do self-guided training, we realized it wasn't as complicated as we thought. We just needed to do it! And Qorus gave us the additional support we needed.

QorusDocs had the features and functionality we needed at a price point we were comfortable with. Also, the interface was user-friendly, and we were happy about the potential integrations. We also believed the company was still small enough to provide that personalized service we believed we needed.

Good concept, poor execution

Concept is good, but the frustration of having to do a password reset every time highlights to me that the software itself is weak. What else is not working right?

Pros:

The software fully integrates into all of Microsoft's suites which is ideal for collaboration. The ability to use PowerAutomate to customise and make other work easy is just brilliant

Cons:

When starting the project, understanding taxonomy and content structures were really hard. But after I had grasped why this is so important and needed to be done, the rest was easy.

QorusDocs is a Game Changer!

We are solving almost all of our process holdups with QorusDocs. In addition to increasing efficiencies with the solicitation response process, QorusDocs ensures that we are able to present consistent messaging across our 30 nationwide operating locations. Our experience with implementation was seamless, everyone we have interacted with on the QorusDocs team has been incredibly helpful and personable. We highly recommend QorusDocs!

Our Business Development Team is young and previously, we had little-to-no processes for creating, updating, and assembling content for responding to solicitations. QorusDocs was precisely the tool we needed to assist with storing our content, ensuring content is updated periodically, and assembling and producing solicitation responses. This program has already increased our efficiencies as a team and will continue to do so as we adopt each of the available product features.

Cons:

It's difficult to list our least favorite features about the software - any time there is a feature that doesn't yet exist, our customer success team immediately adds a request to create that particular feature. Any issues with the software are usually addressed and resolved same-day and the customer support team is incredibly helpful.

Content Management, Templating tool, Proposal Management and RFP tool, all in one

Experience with QorusDocs software and the entire Qorus team, from Sales to Implementation to Support, has been stellar. I wish all my vendors were as reliable and responsive than the Qorus team. It is a pleasure to do business with this company, we have expanded our contract by 50% in a year because the field is so enthused with the solution.

Pros:

This software integrates seamlessly in everything Microsoft. I recommend this solution for companies who are running on Azure and using all the Microsoft suite as the integration is superb and completely transparent to the end-user. Data is kept on your company's cloud, not hosted by a third party, and maintenance of the content is done on SPO, not online.

Cons:

I am extremely happy with this solution and this company at large. Like anything, it has some wrinkles here and there once in the weaves of things but overall very minor details that have either been resolved or are on the list of upgrades to be resolved. If I have to mention one, I would say the inability to use Smart fields in Excel, for now.

You can build Qorus up to be an all encompassing proposal management hub to include resources, information, reports, templates, and project management tools, all from one place!

Cons:

Qorus is missing some of the more common navigational, inline text editing, and drag and drop features most Windows and Mac users are used to, which can make small tasks take longer than needed.

It is the superior product, hook line and sinker.

Reasons for switching to QorusDocs

Qvidian was just a fancy proposal builder with a clunky, isolated content library. They are set in their ways and fail to adapt features to maximize value.

Really like the knowledge library features and the ability to manage and access the content for efficient proposal generation within QorusDocs. I also like that it is integrated with MS Office suite...big plus.

Cons:

Initial onboarding was difficult and somewhat confusing, but much improved once our Customer Success Manager took over.

Main selling feature was integration with Office suite.

I like that its structured end-to-end proposal management solution offers a lot of flexibility to quickly search and identify relevant content from a range of sources, bring it directly into a draft MSO document, and collaborate with team, while accommodating and supporting implementation of our unique workflow.

Cons:

The guest user experience which, though improved in response to our organizational feedback, could offer our large guest user population more features, like finding and navigating to pursuits.

Fly High with Qorus

Using Qorus has speed up the process of proposal writing, having all the content in the repository the person working on the pursuit can just pull the content from the repository with ease and insert on the document, unlike before where one would request for content if they dont have any and wait for the content to be sent.

The use of smart fields in creating standardised templates, which everyone can use with ease in the organisation.

Cons:

When you copy the link to the pursuit using the "Copy URL" on the pursuit, the link copied is the SharePoint link and not the link to the pursuit in Qorus.
