Avalara vs hellotax: Which is best for you?

Avalara easily handles all the sales tax calculations for transactions, and is especially great since it integrates with our ERP system.

The installed package contains locked-down flows, Apex classes, and process builders that have errors, but cannot be modified by admins.

Currently working with them on Germany VAT registration, and their Sales team is again assisting us professionally and thoroughly.

Unfortunately, in the present constellation it is no longer possible to determine whether the problems were on our side or in the communication with hellotax, the communication of hellotax with the local contact persons or the rules on site or at the tax offices.
