- I ended up just reactivating because the states were a hassle because you were required to file electronically and couldn't manually do it after TaxCloud was submitting. While not necessarily a direct issue with TaxCloud, there needs to be a better way to deactivate with all states that they have you submitting so you can start up again with a new vendor or just close your business. When engaging support, sometimes they're fast and responsive, sometimes they're the opposite.
